Before you invest a substantial amount of time and money on a case, receive some early feedback from ten (10) potential jurors. The exercise itself lasts approximately seven (7) hours, with approximately fifteen (15) hours of "prep time" spread over one to two weeks.

Pre-Deposition Witness Class
FLAT FEE $2,500
Sure, you can "prep" a witness about the facts, but because lawyers are "used to" depositions, it is hard to convey how different a deposition is to anything else the witness has ever experienced. Give us a day with your witness and the results at the deposition will be obvious.

Pre-Mediation Mock Trial
FLAT FEE $25,000 -$35,000 (based on location)
Do not leave it to a mediator to tell your client what a jury will probably do with the case. We will recruit twenty (20) representative jurors who will return two (2) group verdicts and twenty (20) individual verdicts. Our Mock Trial is a full day exercise that not only will give you an accurate "read" on the potential verdict, it will also have you ready to try the case if mediation fails.

Jury Research and Selection
FLAT FEE $5,000
Most cases settle, but for those that don't, we can help you seat a jury that puts favorable jurors "in the box" and those with latent biases out of the courtroom.
